Living today

This is a recent photo of Sasha with me looking out in our garden. The word Today makes me think that it actually represents who we are, we are living today, one day at a time.
The message says: "Being who he is, Sasha doesn't understand the concept of time. Yesterday and tomorrow don't mean much to him. He is not anticipating Christmas, summer holidays, he's not looking forward to his birthday. A new day comes - and he enjoys it while it lasts. Perhaps it's a gift - not looking back in the past or expecting something better to come tomorrow".
For this LO I used two fab oversize buttons, which I stamped and inked. The long pointy hand on the clock is a find in our new home (it is an old house). The frame is JustJohanna stamp. The clock is a B line stamp.
Photo is taken by Federico.

Galina this is a great LO and the journalling is so moving, I can always sense the love you feel for Sasha from the text on your LO's, he is a very lucky little boy having such a special Mummy.

What lovely thoughts on a beautiful page! To be present in the moment is the gift of being truly alive. Most of us merely exist in the present while we spend our lives living in the past or future. I love art and your posts about Sasha. And what a beautiful picture of the two of you! There is obviously so much love!

This is a beautiful page, Galina. It is so very personal.

I adore looking at your work. The journalling on each piece tells a story of love, understanding and the incredible closeness that you share with your adorable little son. :)
